We believe that creativity should be acknowledged for the effort rather than the outcome. We celebrate creativity here and we are very intentional about it. Our job is to help facilitate and guide children to try out different mediums, see what fits and provide opportunities to help them. Then we sit back and watch them run with it!
Watch them Flurish with Time and Space
Give children the time and space needed to dig deep into concepts, ideas, and the underlying fundamentals of the materials they are working with and watch them flourish! Often times in traditional education, children are just beginning to really delve into a project, a construct, or an idea when they are asked to put their things down and go onto the next thing. We believe in allowing children to go as far as they want with something and allowing them to choose when they are ready for the next thing.
